Bank transfer. For a website or landing page, 50% before I start, and the remaining 50% after the agreed changes are done and you have given final approval, before publishing. A single fix is paid in full before the work, and monthly care is paid in advance for the first month. If you would prefer a card, I send an individual payment link after the contract (Stripe). Exact amounts and timing are given at the time of the contract.
I will draw the first screen of your site — the part a visitor sees before scrolling — at no cost. You look at it and then decide whether to ask me. It works even if you have no website at all. If you do not want it, that is the end of it. Depending on how much work I have, I may not be able to take it on, or it may take time. I will tell you if so.
I use AI for first drafts and for putting text together. Structure, design and how the page looks on a phone are always checked by a person before it is published. Nothing made by AI is delivered as it is.
In those cases a template service costing a few tens of thousands of yen will be cheaper. I will say so plainly.
